Team captainissimo. A position that IMHO a GK in general, and him in particular, should not have in the strongest Spurs starting XI.
I don't really get keepers as captains, to be honest. Lloris doesn't seem like the right personality type to me, either.
With Internet keyboard warriors such as CK and DH as opposition, my plans to take control of THFC in summary :
He's understandably pissed on that occasion. Lyon blew at 2-0 lead to draw with Nice. Pape Diakhate gave away a penalty, which he saved and they got to injury time with the score intact. Diakhate then conceded another penalty and got sent off, which allowed Nice to nick a second goal. Furious!
In Shashoua's case, as he had a year on his contract it's worth asking whether or not he had any intention of signing a new deal - and it's fair to say that in lower-tier Spanish football he's already developed a good reputation I do wish the OT wasn't filled with "Who?" comments, though, considering many of these posters will be howling in despair when Edwards heads to Udinese in a few days
Sue them for what, telling a player to wait until he is legally allowed to speak to them without asking club permission? Sounds the right way to do it to me.
Yeah, telling a player to wait until he is allowed to discuss something is wrong, far better to talk/negotiate without his clubs permission
How exactly do you think that they're telling him something without talking to him? Are they psychic? Is he?
He (or his agent) has obviously contacted them and they have done the right thing by saying come back when you are allowed to.
