A POLISH butcher has been arrested for the murder of university student Libby Squire. Married Pawel Relowicz, 25, was held this morning by detectives. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9751417/libby-squire-polish-butcher-arrested-murder/
I assume that’s Obi’s point Wait until he is inside before you charge him. Could also be that someone might be happier giving a statement to the police now he is safely locked up?
Hadn't he already been locked up since his arrest for the thefts and perversions? I don't think he was ever given bail for those offences.
Offer him a reduced sentence if he admits it. He’s already inside on quite a long sentence for crimes that don’t really warrant it. Then ship him back to Poland And case closed for the coppers.
Then ship him back to Poland - unfortunately they will then allow him to come back into this country in a few months time to commit more heinous crimes. We are **** at being able to keep the crap out of our country but put barriers in the way of those that could enhance it. (Short) Rant over.
Agree...My reference to the Home Office, which drew a negative reaction from a number of posters (not a problem) is a reference to the high number of EU nationals who have come into the country and have ended up in our jails. I would think that criminals have been allowed to come into the country, unchecked, but are allowed in to commit crime. Whilst I have no knowledge of the scrote, who was arrested then released, I would bet that he's committed crime in his own country, but gets into this country to do the same...
Exactly, if he hadn't have been convicted it would have made him more likely to have gotten bail than not. Especially as we have no idea when his trial will be.
It seems obvious to me that the police suspect Pawel Relowicz of murdering Libby and given the sentence he received for his admitted crimes, so did his trial judge. However, evidence is key and innocent until proven guilty must prevail as the bedrock of our judicial system. If he is guilty I only hope that a persuasive case can be mounted, and a guilty verdict reached. What happens next is a reasonable discussion to have, although personally I remain opposed to the death penalty, I understand those who will disagree with me. However, what I can't understand is the kneejerk reaction based on country of origin. If he's guilty and Polish then so be it. The murderer could be English. Or Scottish. Or Mexican. Or whatever. The person who murdered Libby is an evil **** and I hope they are found whoever they are. And dealt with in a way the Law deems suitable. That's what Libby and her family deserve.
Sadly I think I understand this quite well and I'd guess you do too but we can't, and shouldn't, get into that on this forum.
