As I said, worn them for over twenty years and never had a problem. Majority of others I've played footy with wear then too.

Only reason I've encountered them being banned is to preserve the astroturf but that no longer applies with the 3G stuff

I’m sure if you googled blade injury you’d see some horrible pictures. Obviously can get bad ones with any kind of boot but it’s the sharpness of blades that do the damage and slice along the skin. With studs and moulded they’re generally much more rounded and blunt so don’t cause those same type of injuries.

Remember when I was younger and they first came out that our club banned them for 11 a side games because of the damage they could do

I'm sure the same would apply if you googled studs injury or trainer injury too.

You do realise they're not actual blades? They're moulds

Obviously, but they’re a lot sharper than a normal moulded stud which is blunt.

Maybe you just need to play a better standard where people know what they're doing ;)

Out of interest, when would you expect to see a list of fixtures and fittings that the people you’re buying from are planning on leaving behind? Pretty sure not seen ours yet so emailed solicitor but wondered if anyone had bit more of an idea

I never negotiated for anything to be left so no idea. It's all bullshit though because once the deal as gone through, you get what's there.

If it's integrated then it's part of the house and should be left anyway, especially if it was listed in the brochure produced by the estate agent. Can't blame you for wanting to make sure though.

We bought a house once and the sellers took all the light bulbs and dug out some of the plants from the garden

I had the opposite, left stuff I didn't want and therefore had to get rid of

Been there, moved into a house, kitchen had been taken, carpets, lightbulbs, even the toilet seat. If they could have taken the ****ing wall paper they would have.
