Nope. We’ve got a much better squad now so there’s no excuses for not going for a cup as well doing well in the Prem/ Europe. Poch himself has said he needs to win a trophy.

In fairness to Poch, he did take the League Cup seriously last season. We played a full strength side in the first leg of the semi final but for Gazza in goal, only problem was that the second leg we were without Kane, Son and Alli and ultimately lost on pens.

Let's all be like Formula One, perfection and going round in circles with no action. It's boring and it spoils the thrills and excitement, along with the argumentative passions of the game.

I would like for Spurs to have snatched the win, I'm glad they got a point. I'm just disappointed it was done in that manner.

Only joking with you mate...I felt the same about the Sissoko handball in CL final...but if them the rules them is the rules.

I think I’d like to say the same but I’m certain at some point (Lampard vs Germany?) I’d have went for it.

Thing is for teams at the bottom of the league, it could be the difference between relegation and staying up, so it can’t be all bad.
