I don't know if any of you have seen the series, it's ****ing epic, i was about to ask everyone if they were fans of it but the bloke who plays spartacus has died :S

Bit of a shock, i just searched it in youtube. Was literally upset at the news coming on me so sudden like

it was only a matter of time hes been ill a long time.. thats why they made gods of the arena because he was ill so couldn't film series 2, it wont be the same with the new guy.. but i think ill still watch it

Spartacus Vengeance (season 3) is coming out next year, jan/feb.

The new guy doesn't really look a patch on Andy Whitfield to me.
 
the casting for the show has been really good so i think the new guy might surprise... also i think maybe the second season will focus more on Crixus and Oenomaus
 
Blood & Sand season was awesome, but the prequel season was almost on par as well. Cant wait for season 3...

But seriously, great series, gutted when I found out about Andy's death on the BBC the other day. I didn't even know he was ill. Never heard or seen of the guy before he played this role but he was really top notch, will be a big miss but no doubt I'll still watch the new series.

RIP Andy Whitfield.

Aye i think he was Welsh. Spartacus was full of Aussies or New Zelanders, you could hear their accent in it.

There were a lot of sexy bitches in this series. Spartacus' wife was gorgeous.
 
I heard good things about this but I never got around to watching it (Game of Thrones is my thing tbh). The effects judging by that video are putting me off though.

I thought the trailer looked ****e as well but it has a good story line, fantastic acting, a lot of good action despite it looking really cheesy in the trailer, and a lot of swearing and sex!!!

It's like 300 and Gladiator combined <ok>
