    i often start with the idea of having the steak, but sometin=mes end up slicing it, frying it and having it in a wrap or something.

    but not tonight, i've just grated some cheese after seeing sweats chilli. So it's gonna be cheese on the chips, got no fresh carrots, so raked out a tin

    I think most herb/speices etc were originally added to mask the flavour of the meat turning.

    I bet that was bangdang mate, love getting salmon steaks sometimes too, can eat salmon raw or cooked, I enjoy both.

    Can't beat a tuna mayo pasta wiv sweetcorn and red onions.
