After finding out a colleague is involved in Wealdstone FC (and we took the opportunity to see them @ Monday whilst at Northolt this week - they have a big photo spread of JB in the bar), and talking about it in the office today, a Scots guy thats just started working for me ragged me about Celtic beating us in both legs of the 1970 Euro semi-final. But he then told me that his dad is Tommy Murray, who played for Leeds in 60-61. Dunno if thats enough to let him off of the p*** taking then .....
i know its not really relevant but i grew up in northolt. Played football with jermaine's brother, travis.
Travis has got the skills to pay the bills himself! won Shreks street striker a few years ago. Did he have some tricks back then Josh?
Beckford could have done Wealdstone a favour by signing in the January imagine what they would have done with 200k sell on fee
Josh - no less relevant than my random posting! They were a bit narked that he went on a free. They tried to get Everton to be generous but no joy. Was great fun, and watching non-league stuff is well worth the time.
