I regret not taking a pic of the beef joint I cooked for yesterday’s moochfest. It was a thing of beauty.

strange thing beef, everyone likes it cooked differently.

heathens like it well done and start chanting weird satanic songs if they see a med/rare joint.

 

This was medium rare, which is how it should be done. Cooked to perfection. I’ll take a pic next time.
