    To be fair west ham where absolute ****e, first half they looked decent until they got any where near the goal then ****ed it, defending was awful through out.

    Second half it was like the manager had told them to calm down and have a rest, any desire just went out of them.

    I'm also a bit confused about the chip through to sterling, when it showed the var screen shot, he was just a blur, how could they make a descion based on that picture?

    well on close decisions how it works is triple lasers determine the exact position of every player on the pitch and the exact moment the ball is played and then the VAR technician & the VAR ref deep inside their bunker play rock scissor paper to determine the outcome.
