That hashtag is great! Best of luck to him, really hope he finds the confidence to bring his youth form to senior football because he really can be one of hell of a player.
Don't want to be the bearer of bad news but with the European window still being open, we could easily still lose Toby, Rose and Eriksen. This isn't over yet.
I bet Eriksen will go in January, as we bring someone in. It would be unlike Levy not to have an ace up his sleeve.
I think we'd be open to selling the first two if decent offers came in, especially if Eriksen doesn't sign a new contract. I hope we don't sell Rose now although after the past 3 days I don't know what to think anymore my brain is a complete mess. The small comfort is that they can't move to PL rivals anymore. But yes as you say, this ain't over yet.

At the minimum he should be hoping for better squad rotation. Beyond that, he is going to have to go Modric 2011-12 if he wants that top tier move.
Oh well, predicted 3, got 2. Happy with the signings. Would’ve been nice to have gotten a RB but I think we’ll now get the chance to see if KWP can indeed stake his claim, we’ve all clamoured for him to be given a proper chance so he’s got until January really to do so. Dybala would’ve been amazing but we always knew it was gonna be tough and by all accounts it doesn’t actually sound like we failed, Juve just became dicks and pulled plug. Solid window overall for me, obviously that could change if Eriksen does go but as of right now, we’ve got the three first choice targets over the line and only sold players we don’t want. 7.5/10 for me.
Not for me. He's spent 6 years at Spurs and now wants a lifestyle change, in southern Europe no doubt. Once you make your mind up on that sort of thing, anything less is going to be a real downer. I expect him to be gone by the end of the month.
Very generous indeed. Too much heel dragging and last minute nonsense as usual, giving Poch a headache to integrate them into the squad and get up to speed. The Lo Celso deal ended up being a loan so why the hell did it take this long to get over the line? That could have been wrapped up weeks ago and he could have joined our pre-season. Instead, a new face arrives on the eve of the new season, never having kicked a ball in the PL. Piss poor. Sess might not take as long to integrate but he's no way as good as Rose (yet) who almost left for Watford today.
Betis initially wanted £75m for Lo Celso and he had an £88m release clause too. It was only recently they lowered that valuation and we’ve now got him in a deal that’ll cost £55m+£5m in addons. The initial loan does Betis a huge favour as PSG have a 20% sell on clause and doing it like that is probably why we managed to significantly reduce their asking price. Poch doesn’t want Rose. It’s a surprising decision to us fans but if we want the manager to be backed then decisions like that have to be respected. The manager has gotten his three first choice targets. Granted the last two were late but nonetheless he’s gotten what he wanted. I don’t see how it’s not been a good window tbh. If Eriksen goes that’ll be gutting, as we should’ve then tried getting Fernandes but all in all I think it’s been a pretty successful window for the club. We can revisit certain areas in January if need be.
The issue for Betis appears to have been the 20% sell-on money payable to PSG. The loan deal + signing proper next season obviously works on the Betis balance sheet. If Levy has discerned and executed a precedent, I assume clubs will now be trying to change their sell-on T+Cs to cover this scenario.
I'm happy with it 3 very good players coming in .didn't ever really think dybala deal was ever gonna come off so overall a good window
Returning from my exile of all things transfer window I'm relatively happy and look forward to seeing where Poch will use the new lads Is sessegnon classed as home grown ? Will Eriksen and Rose suck it up and play or sulk , this is going to be a massive season for our club and we don't need players sulking about
I expect Eriksen to go, but would love it if he doesn't. It's the difference between a year where big titles are in play and a year where we'd do well to stay in the top four. He's the player that knits the team together. Ndombele plus lo Celso is as good an attempt at an eventual upgrade as we could hope for, but I can't see them fully settling this year. I really hope Rose doesn't leave, as he's our only elite level FB--but I wouldn't be shocked if he does.
