Joelinton for Rondon - remains to be seen if its a good swap but certainly more longevity
ASM for Perez - Get the feeling it'll be very like for like, ASM will get more assist but not as many goals
Carroll for Joselu - upgrade but depends on if Carroll can stay fit but in cup games I know who I'd rather
Willems in for Lazaar - massive upgrade
Krafth in for whoever leaves I assume - remains to be seen.

Yes he will need to be registered - only players U21 need not be registered - same with Longstaff this year, both will take up a squad space.

Both along with Dummett and another homegrown player will be vital though when we win the league and qualify for the Champions league next year as you need 4 players who have come through your youth academy (been registered with the club since 18) in the 25 man registered squad for the CL - maybe why we are keeping Aarons around?
