Maybe, they are both very young though. From the team I posted there are a lot of senior players that will need game time. Also some that could do with less, Gomez is a good example he should be our starting CB so could do with resting him but we don't have a 2nd RB unless we use Hoever there and then we don't have cover for Robbo. I'm sure Klopp knows what he's doing but from a fans point of view we are a couple of players short.

We have a couple of players covering a few positions and Milner covering them all. I dont really want to see Gomez at right back, I'd rather give hoever a go.

I'm praying Robertson doesn't pick up a knock, but in saying that he looks the type of lad who would play on with only one leg.

It's a strange predicament to be in. I'm very nervous about the upcoming season but we havnt been in such a strong position for as long as I can remember.

We've got a very very good first 11, with excellent cover in midfield and centre defence. It looks like we've got a good crop of youth coming through, something that hasn't happened for ages.

If I look at it dispassionately I'd say we are in excellent shape as a club and should be optimistic, but I'm still worried

I'm not worried but can see the probable gaps and will worry if we get injuries to key players.

Maybe I've just got a bit spoilt, it wasnt that long ago that we where absolutely desperate for players to come in to improve the first team, now where not happy with the second team.

If things carry on as they are in two years, we will be talking about how the search for a new tea lady isn't going as we like.

It's a new world mate we've gone from hoping we can challenge for trophies and being called deluded and rightly so to actually being able to challenge.

Reactions: THE FOOL
As always it's a big if, but how satisfying will it be IF we win the league without spending a penny in the market. While city spend millions just to come second.
Citeh's squad may be worth hundreds of millions more but there's barely a *** paper between us, really looking forward to the season <ok>

The one counter argument offer though is your team is as good as it ever was and are all at good ages (mixture of youmg and experience).

You very nearly won the league and maybe you should try to push for it with some signings as team are always in cycles. In a year or two, players may move on, he even your great manager is probably going to be gone in 2 years (whens his contract up)

Just focus on one competition unlike others pushing for the league. Then hey presto, they should win. Maybe dip out of domestic cups early as they are easy to win.

Risk free flop. They got their money back on him (surprisingly)

Almost. And Everton get another £5m for a flop and he gets another big money move for a flop.

Him and others just keep getting deals after flopping.

City have strengthened their already incredible squad and finally got cover for Fernandinho. They will get 100 points yet again or there abouts.
Tottenham have bought very well, I can see them coming 2nd and us finishing 3rd. We didn't need to spend big as Klopp said, but we clearly needed cover in some areas.

They also lost their leader

So a B team from line of Brewster, Shaq and Origi

City’s B team front line is Jesus, Mahrez, Sane.

Don’t even get me started on the full backs, which in our system is a pivotal position.

You can all ram this back down my throat if I’m wrong and i’ll happily accept it but imo we’ve made a huge error this window.

I actually agree but will be happy to ram it down your throat later ;)

Not really risk free when he hasn't propelled them to the top of the league. Sure his value is protected but it was always a gamble that didn't pay off for them.
