If - and in these stories, IF is always the case - Juve have pulled out after touting Dybala for weeks and 'agreeing' to the deal, then I trust that Spurs never do business with them. On the face of it, pretty poor behaviour from Juventus.
It is pretty crap seeing Juve agreed a deal to sell the player well before we agreed terms with him. They looked keen to sell for a long time. Maybe they suddenly remembered they had already sold Keen.
If we end up keeping Eriksen and sign Lo Celso then I don't think we need another midfielder. We've got Dier, Winks, Ndombele, Sissoko, Eriksen, Lo Celso and Dele all able to play there. Fernandes is good but the price being quoted is way too much imo. Obviously Wanyama exists too but I read somewhere he's likely to go on loan.
Eriksen will leave I think. Hopefully Lo Celso partners Ndombele in the middle once both are fully bedded. Fernandes to take Eriksen’s spot. Midfield looking like: Ndombele, GLC Lucas/ Alli, Fernandes, Son
With his current attitude, Eriksen is as good as gone. Even if he stays, he's no use to us if his mind is set on leaving. His performances were questionable last season. If he stays, his performances this season will be atrocious. Get rid asap.
I suggest the club refer him to Modric 2011-12 regarding any notions of "going through the motions" .
One of the Madrid’s I reckon. Although with a couple weeks left of the European window, I wouldn’t be surprised if PSG or Bayern came in for him.
The problem with him is he's seemingly oblivious to his mentality and believes he's better than he is. If he was, there would have been a stampede of clubs to buy him by now.
Some football clubs really are ran by ****ing idiots. Send Eriksen the other way. Not like for like, but a good sweetener.
