Think you are missing the point, bawjaws. He said that when she is at sleepovers etc he gives her his phone. If he is intent on giving her a phone on these occasions, then buy her a cheap one and give it to her when she "needs" it? ****er.

 

Because then she would have her own personal number she can be contacted on by all and sundry. Being 7 years old she is very vulnerable to predators, mixed in with being a daft kid having her own phone isn't a good idea.

 

As opposed to people phoning her up to slag off her dad? And like I said, just give her her own phone when she is at sleepovers. I'm sure you can set the phone for kids so they can only phone and receive certain numbers? I doubt she will be handing out her number to "all and sundry" anyway. The guy made a pure **** of it, if indeed the story is even true.
