    Hair cut D+D now i feel about 10lbs lighter with out all that hair.

    I really dont get what people see in excercise it hurts! Got back to the room and felt like my legs and arms were made of jelly!
    Time to kick back with a beer!

    As i said, i would prefer to do 2/3 hours of martial arts every night which is teaching me skills than go to a gym to do very little other than risk permanent injury.

    I would think that if i had not been training for 7 years i would be about 20 stone already. However, my flexibility has decreased 10fold since i had to leave XBBA 6months ago

    I scored two hatricks in two games and then 1 goal in the last. I got a powerfull hit on my shin by a ball. This is hockey by the way.

    Oh Dear had a phone call from Mrs N and her mum has been diagnosed with breast Cancer , on the way to hospital fell over and has broken her arm ! to top it off I booked mrs N a flight back to the UK and her bloody passport is out of date! I have been on at her for months to sort it , but she didnt want to because her face was too fat!!!!! Angry ! maybe a little, worried , lots!
    Does anyone know how I can get a passport approval without going to a regional office in the UK!?

    What about the consulate /embassy in Norway? they will do emergency documents for compassionate reasons?

    Yeah found that Al thanks mate have passed on the phone number and email address! to Mrs N , Do you know nowadays for an expat in Norway to get a new passport you have to contact british consulate ........in Germany!!!

    Not a great deal I can do in a hotel room apart from offer sympathy advice and air tickets! the emergency oslo consulate number is only open from 10am to 3 pm !! I want their job!

    She could go to Peterborough and get it sorted for trip back ,just need to get her out to the uk !
