    Just done a Bobby, i mean chinkys for later.

    fried noddles with eggs and the normal ****

    cut up a rump steak and did a beef with hoi sin and garlic...

    got given these, from the brother in law today, so don't get much fresher, chopped and added.

    Never been there. Been to plenty Italian restaurants. Owned by Italians. Was ****e. Their pizza is goo though the yanks do it better.

    My grandad went there, landed at Anzio an fought his way through the country does that count?

    I've not yet found an Italian restuarant in the UK that is anything like the food in Italy.

    That can't be right, if Italians move over here and cook their food is going to be the same. Perhaps you're going to the wrong Italians in the UK.

    Oh dear mate you really are naive. That's like saying Curry in your local Curry house is like that in India or Bangladesh <laugh>

    It's all made to the British taste. If you cooked Pasta Al Dente here, all the Brits would do is moan, and go on Tripadvisor and give bad write ups in typical customary style. Oh and by the way mate it's Bruschetta pronounced with a K [bruˈsketta] <whistle>

    I used to grow all my own stuff years ago, problem is with peppers you get a glut all at once. But yes, homegrown veg is by far the better.
