Stumbled upon this vid on Youtube. Worth a watch. It appears that the cops have an LGBT outfit that scour social media amongst other things, in order to bring charges against anyone with a loose tongue that they don't like. Most informative, but I especially liked this vid because they went over and above the powers they had (and really shouldn't have imo) in this case, and paid for it. Literally. Really is worth a watch - only 8 mins.....

LOL. Btw, if you're ever in trouble with the police, the owner of the video is your go-to guy. I find his videos very entertaining. He also re-formats similar vids from other people & talks you through the nonsense that the cops are spouting, plus the legal steps you can take to sue them. He'll even represent you. Some of the vids are absolutely breathtaking, and you often find yourself getting very angry watching them. The cops regularly break several laws - including unnecessary violence -, even in the full knowledge that they're being filmed doing it. Seems they don't like losing face, and the thing that gets them most upset is refusing to give your details, which you are not obliged to do (and never, ever have been) unless you are under arrest. So they usually arrest you for something they make up. ON FILM!!! As I said, these vids are breathtaking.
