To hear no rumours at this time of year is very unusual. I wouldn't be at all surprised if RD has pulled the plug on future deals. Probably told Bowyer to play the youngsters.

What would be funny (in a sick way) would be if Bow managed to get us into Prem and waiting to hear Bow's reaction to being told that he had a League 1 player budget again.

Wow. Charlton are on the Spanish pools coupon this week. It's a sraight prediction test - there are 14 matches plus the bonus number fifteen, and you have to predict home, away or draw. Prized start at 10 correct answers, and increase with more right calls. Usually based on the Spanish league's 1 and 2, the sometimes get foreign fixtures when there are no domestic games, and this week we get to predict results in the Championship and the Dutch Eredivision. The Spanish papers usually publish a form guide and some helpfull info on the friday to help people who need it, so it'll be fun to see how much of our squad's lack of depth has penetrated the Spanish papers.
Plus I now have the quandary of do I back the team, or go for logic, and a home win.
