Depends entirely on your height and build.

    If you're 5' 5" average build then 13st is fat as ****!

    If you're 6' then it's perfectly ok I'd say.

I'm laughing at this thread, it's all over the ****ing place.

BTW, I'm having sweet chiili steak kebabs (as in pitta bread), mushrooms, onions and peppers.

Ginge reckons a bloke should have 2k/2,2k calories a day<laugh>

I do that in one meal, not counting the dead beer calories.

My point is, everyone is different, ginge eats liike a mouse, i mean he eat rat.

There is no strict guideline to what you should intake

It depends on how active you are though. 2.2K calories is what a fairly sedentary male would use and therefore need to maintain his current weight. Your work is probably using another couple of thousand hence the need to eat all that food to replace the burnt calories and not lose weight.

Tell me on an average day how much work you do and I will try and calculate your calorie useage:

    1) How many boxes do you lift manually?
    2) how heavy are they?
    3) How high do you lift them up or down?
    4) How far do you carry them to the shelves?
    5) How old are you and what do you weigh?
    6) What's your bank account number?

Made some chicken noodle soup with spring onions potatoes and carrots.

Bit of garlic salt pepper all spice paprika & mixed herbs.

8 medium sized chicken thighs. Boiled in water with the seasoning til it falls apart.
Scoop out the thighs and debone, put back in with big bones, add the other **** & simmer for an hour at least. Don't stir it.

Made a big batch as usual and will freeze the rest for later consumptions.
