Yeah booze tends to be the killer for most people. Amount of people I know who are slightly fat despite eating healthily Sun-Fri but have a skinfull on Friday and/or Saturday night and basically end up over their calories for the week because of it is ridiculous. For majority of people if you want to get into really good shape you have to ditch the booze.

I've never watched calories tbh mainly through lazyness and the fact I've never been interested in my diet bar what's about to go in my belly. I do try to eat fresh food as much as possible and cook my own ****.

You drink quite a lot compared to me id imagine Chief, I drink a couple pints maybe 10 per month max if that. I know alcohol is a big thing for bloating people out though maybe that's why I always kept my weight with literally no effort. And **** all exercise tbh.

I've probably jinxed myself now and pop my clogs of heart failure next year<laugh>

So when you're ranting like a mad man you're tripping instead of drunk?

If you don't really drink and cook 95% of meals from scratch it will be pretty hard to hit your calories I reckon. I eat **** loads but tends to be healthy stuff in the main, I'll usually have about a kilo of veg a day I'd guess and 4 chicken breasts and 500g of rice

I also drink about 10-15 pints a week so it evens itself out.

That phrase oozed the jealousy of the many hobby cooks. Loved it, I think someone should resurect it.

You may have hit on a new diet. Cook your own **** - presumably it has no calories in whatsoever and just goes straight through. No wonder you keep thin.

    Yeah, too much no doubt.

If I'm out, out then it's a load of beer so that's like two days worth of calories on top of the actual food
    calories in one piss up.

Otherwise though; couple of beers on a Friday night followed by couple of glasses of wine. Same on a Saturday and then share a bottle of wine with Sunday dinner. A G&T here and there if the sun is shining, but they are ok!!

Out, out isn't like it's every week, more like monthly.
