Ugh, i know...back to work first thing in the morning ...not happy about that thought!

 

No, im not happy about the getting up at 8-9 to do the parcels. Never fun!!

But on that note as i am up that early i will call it a night.

Morning all,

So, I started the week convinced I was going to die. Haven't felt great, so last week decided to check my blood pressure. It was a little higher than a 60 year old, chain smoking,obese alcoholic. Not good for a 24 year old non smoker or drinker.

I have now started my intense healthy eating regime!! I'm not exactly fat, just soft at the edges. However, I have never controlled what I eat.

On a more positive note, today I will begin writing my groom's speech!!

 

Good luck with the healthy eating! I like that...soft at the edges, might have to start using that myself .

morning all here too . The sun is shining but i have a feeling it's just teasing and the fact that i have put shorts on is probably going to confirm that when my knees start shivering!

A better day here than the weather was yesterday. We have 6C and little wind. There are more clouds and there is some snow on the fjall.

I was a best of 145/102 yesterday and thats on 20mg of candesartan 16 st 9lbs could be part of the problem I'm just soft around the middle!!!!!

 

I got 177/90 last week!!!!!!! Getting around 140/80 now, which is high but better. I'm 6ft3 and about 15st, so I would assume a higher blood pressure is expected. Hopefully nothing too serious. Had a blood test on Monday and got the doctors this Tuesday.

Could it be wedding induced?!...

 

Afternoon all. Had 60 parcels to deliver and 5 to pick up. Some people are so annoying when they refuse to answer the door!!

Well if its any consolation i am 4 years your junior but 6 inches shorter yet the same weight. I really should start a diet but the bad stuff tastes soooo good!!!

I would say so bound to be a little stressy ! and the bad news is it goes down hill as soon as the rings on the finger and the joint bank account has been signed! word to the wise ,keep an account of your own and keep some cash in it !most of all keep it secret!

 

Afternoon all, been a busy old day starting with nuisance calls between 5-6, then a call from my ex saying she had some nuisance calls The trouble is i know who it is, but a 5 hour drive just to put the frightners on an old man does not flick any switches, so hopefully BT will help with their nuisance call system. Otherwise when I do have to go to Scotland to make sure my mum is ok in her new place I may have to stop by where she used to live and scare the crap out of someone! Not HP!
After all that I still went to the gym, don't females know how difficult it is to exercise and hold in your stomach Did the usual as in not been for a couple of weeks due to injury and over did it When will I ever learn?
