Making Paella, pics in a bit. Pressure on here, this place could go nuts at me.

 

Have you got a proper dish to cook it in?

 

Yeah but **** it I'm by myself and can't be arsed to cook.

 

I am tonight. Puppy sitting while the mrs is on a hen do. Also I have no cash and don’t like putting my card details in online. So **** it. Chicken wings and my own version of kfc it is.

 

Am also sat in my kitchen watching casualty. Don’t think I have watched it since about 1996

 

Yeah, almost done.

 

Looks good, needs longer on the heat though. Should be crispy round the edges. They’re the best bits.

 

Yeah the bottom has that but not the edges for some reason.

 

Proper paella is cooked over wood very slowly.

 

Yeah it's difficult in the house but I made a good effort of it taking my time with the base and letting it rest. Came out nice.

Wings. Giving them another 15 mins with some spicy bbq sauce on them.

Stopped at Aldi on the way home, was a choice between a pizza or doing a chicken Korma, even bought coconut milk.

Then for some reason wandered over to the fish fridge, so i'm having a couple of breaded cod streaks, homemade chips and peas.

Ain't eaten fish for yonks,

 

Some bomba rice I brought back.
