Mustafi is a frustrating one, because he can actually defend and his positioning and tackling is pretty good. But ****ety **** oh my does he make mistakes. Far too many for a player at the level he's playing at. He can literally cost us a game with two absolute howlers that he's always got in him. Holding is really assured on the ball and has a brilliant reading of the game. He's also good in the tackle and he can play the ball out of DF and link the MF, something none of our other CB's can do. He's the real deal and is going to be a big player at Arsenal. Yep all the biggies were chasing him The guy was finished two years ago, sad but true. He was a fantastic player when he was fit but in the last couple of years has only had a few brief moments of that spread over many games.

Ordinarily, I’d think that Pepe deal is a ruse to try and get the Zaha deal over the line, but it looks like it’s almost a done deal for us with Pepe. Amazing if we pull this off.
Everton are probably in a better position on Zaha than Arsenal ever were, we probably still owe them money/sell on fees for Lukaku so there’s a deal to be done if we remove our Zaha clause.
Smart money is on a move to Chelsea after the one/two window ban for £40 mill + Batshit. Palace apparently very keen as they keep Zaha for at least six months.
