The only issue with that is it's his Club. He is in real terms charging himself interest on the "debt" which is his "debt". He is then claiming that he isn't charging interest on his "debt" but in lieu of that he will get "free" advertising. Who charges themselves interest on a "debt" they owe to themselves? Answer, no-one.
