I hear you, bro, but times have changed, of course. Once upon a time, the local corner shop was the only place you could get a loaf at 7pm on a Sunday.
We honestly didn't. We were very poor. We used to have a Ferguson rental television that you had to feed with 50 pence pieces.
Don't think we had a freezer either to be fair. Not sure where our telly came from, probably nicked it.
We used to get a couple of pints of milk a day off the milkman, and made sure we used them, because they wouldn't keep.

You just don't see the pitch melting on roads anymore, when I was a kid it used to happen often in summer and we used it to stick lolly stick gliders together. This climate change has really ****ed up the hot weather
