Looks like a half-arsed attempt at a creme brulee.

 

i thought it was cheese hoyed on top of some mince with 6 litres of oil.

honestly i didn't have a clue..


never get Luv to be a rep for the spaniards.

 

Tonight i've done meatballs with an onion and bacon mash.

Fairly basic, made some meatballs, fried them off with some onions and mushrooms, added herbs and pepper. Made some beef gravy.
Hoyed that in Added some peas and carrots (i cheated for this bit) Cut up a few rahers, hoyed them im, more herbs, big cock off butter, and a large spoonful off english mustard...job done.

Mash tells it's own story, made mash, fried bacon and onions pieces in butter and garlic granules, hoyed in a big knpb of butter, mashed.77


proper sorted for later...only downside is i had half a strawberry cheesecake for after...but that is no longer..


well it's hot, and i've only got 2 days off in 19, and this is the 2nd....So it seemed rude not to
