Been smashing it on the bike. Doing 20 miles off road 2x 3x per week. Surf is back now so I’m on it with that too. Also got a Kayak, so I’ve got another option also. Will carry on outdoor activities until the weather turns **** and then hit the pool.
I was battered after a couple of hours in that surf yesterday. Had a massive big **** off foam long board, was ridiculous. Doing it again today.
It’s an intensive work out. People think it’s just a bit of easy paddling, standing on a board and then bumming around on the beach trying to look cool. But as you know it’s hard work, getting battered and having to dig in to keep paddling before the next wave lands on your head. All done in cold water that is constantly moving around. Spoke to a mate who surfed up your way yesterday. He said it was 6-7ft out the back and breaking well. Packed though, he said they were triple parked at the car park at the top of the dunes. Have a good one today mate, I’m working today but I’ll probs hit it up again later down this way.
I'd take it up again but don't have the hours in the day. I suppose if my boys get proper into it I could, would be an evening surfer though as I'm not sacking golf for it. Junior football takes up too much of that as it is. There are plenty nearby surf breaks though. Would get myself a nice mini mal and look uber cool with my scraggly salt and pepper beard. The chicks would dig that, oh yes.
I’m gonna surf until I’m an old man and then take up golf again. Quick tip though, mini mals aren’t cool. The chicks dig something a bit longer
Lost 3kg at Glasters and despite eating lots cant put it back on. Was there for six days and stayed up until sunrise every day so not surprising! Exercising 6 days a week since Glasters and cycling to work so in good shape. Got three festivals in a row coming up Wilderness Houghton and We Out Here so not going out much or caning it.
Shake. Tablespoon Organic Peanut butter, banana, teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 or 2 scoops whey, semi skimmed milk, oats. About 900 calories there. Quickest way to bulk add two of these to your 3 meals a day.
You get in again today mate ? Just back now, surf was much smaller today. Some nice totty down the beach though
