Wailers were great last night - did an hour and 45 minute set..... Will write you a full report later, am ****ed after a heavy weekend (and the rain kept with us for most of it too.....)
dont think ticket sales have gone well for this all tickets discounted me and mrs kiwi might be the only ones there tonight
great night much better than i expected looked like every ticket was sold over 2000 seats i think everyone with an english accent from the greater wellington area was there from the moment he came on to the moment he left not a person in the building sat down never seen a crowd like it at an indoor venue in wellington normally security can be ****ish but they would have been well outnumbered so we were left alone fantastic if he was here tonight i would go again
there was space at the front for lots of people to dance and go mental normally security keep it clear not last night couple of hundred people kept them away he even got in two crowd surfs for himself and one for an audience member
By far, the best band of the weekend.... Absolutely blew the place apart. Reminded me very much of Joy Division - I can't wait for their album and more live dates
