Our buys look terrible

Arteta = past it. Simply not very good. SLow in possesion. Out of his depth for arsenal. He was mediocre for 18 months before we bought him. Its astonishing thats we bought him.

Park = Bought as a back up/marketting tool I suspect

benyoun = I rate him. He is a good squad player. But we needed 4/5 first teamers

Gervinho = Looks good. Good buy. Would of been perfect addition to a good team. Sadly we suck.

Mertascaker = we know he is slow and donkey but I think his organisation/experience will help us as a team and he will do well. Although he will get slated by the media. I particularly hope he makes our dfm Song/pinpong defend more and not run out of position.

Santos = not seen much of him. Surely be an upgrade on gibbs who is absolutly awful. However, I doubt he is going to be really good.

Special mention to walcott for being terrible too. He belongs at sunderland not arsenal. Anyone who thinks differently I really think is biassed to arsenal's englihs players.

And to think this was a club who used to have thierry henry, robert pires and patrick vieria in.

I am depressed with how bad we are. Liverpool suck, and spuds suck. But we are surely worse. We could come 9th this year. Its a sad state of affairs when alex song is a key player for us.

Arteta - wrong, a class player, remains to be seen if he will get injured
Park - we havent seen him so you can't seriously form an opinion.
BenAyoun - Good but will be backup unless we have problems
Agree with Gervinho, except the last comment. You can't really call yourself a 'fan' can you?
MertesaCKer - gets in a class German team, so afraid national coaches disagree with you too.
Santos - again, see above comment. Wrong again
Walcott - can turn a game. Anyone who disagrees with you, I really think has a valid point.

Question marks over Park only, the others are proven at the highest level IMO.
