If you wish to do some research i can help you, look up 'Sassi' - a large geographical portion of Apulia is naturally isolated. The cave dwellers believe it or not were foribly removed, but history books might not tell you that, because the Italian President didn't like the idea that Italy still gave unimaginable homing that existed.
