Everton signed Delph for £10m, very decent deal when considering some of the fees being quoted this summer. Not the most glamorous of signings but one of those solid and reliable players like a Gareth Barry/ James Milner.
Gareth Bale's agent has this morning rubbished Spanish press reports that Bale is returning to Spurs for a fee of €60 million plus the Spuds picking up half his wages ... shame really, a fit Bale would be great for the Prem.
Some big players waiting for moves and not enough big clubs to buy them. Neymar has two realistic options and both have no chance of buying him cos of how much they’ve already spent. Nobody wants to take the Bale risk on. Pogba has two options but neither can afford the fee. Coutinho wants out and there’s only one club daft enough to consider paying stupid money again for him. Mane wants to move but the clubs he wants to join aren’t interested in him.
At the risk of upsetting a few of my fans, the Leicester Mercury appears to share my view of why losing Harry Maguire might not be as catastrophic as some doom mongers have said ... whilst the similarities to some of my posts are quite uncanny, I confess I am not the author Read or not .. https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/...leicester-city-relaxed-harry-maguires-3094472

So, you don't think that this is merely a mixture of sour grapes and the paper putting on a brave face, then?
No Quentin I don't ... it aligns with what I have said for some time and is not derived from the BBC Gossip Column ... and therefore is 'current' ... now you are having a bit of a mare on several threads, so perhaps you should go and have a nice cuppa and a little lie down?
Sheffield United being heavily linked with Ravel Morrison, could've been one of the world's best. I wonder how long that will last, before his wanna-ne gangster 'mates' drag him back down.
