    It's hard to judge Chelsea because Frank Lampard's inexperienced and Hazard's gone, but I'd pick them, if I had to.
    Their squad still seems very good overall and they've got some very talented youth players, like Mount, who just signed a 5-year contract.
    Arsenal and Utd seem to be struggling in the market and I think that Solskjaer may have lost the dressing room already.
