Had a pack of mince I had to use before Tuesday so went for some student food. Beef mince Bacon bits Red onion Sweetcorn Mushrooms Can of pureed tomato Cooked the mince with some Garlic Sugar Salt Coarse pepper Oxo All spice Lots of chili powder Looks like someone shat on a plate. tastes bangdang
The ingredients sound good tbh so imagine it hit the mark. Also beef mince is a winner. I prefer beef mince to mutton mince which I prefer to lamb mince.
Beef and lamb mince is nice, for some strange reason I don't like pork mince and pork my favourite meat.
I can't stand chicken mince but I like chicken. Anything made of chicken mince, literally anything, tastes like ****.
Depends really, breast and drumstick I don't like. But any other chicken on the bone is fcking tasty imo. You may have had it, e.g. chicken nuggets? Chicken mince is quite a recent invention I think, just has no flavour and the texture of mush. Whichever **** thought that was a good idea needs shooting.
what the holy **** is that? Did you actually eat it? It looks like one of Shaminas ****s after she's just had a goat curry, then got buggered.
I really like Couscous with stews, chilis etc. Bit lighter than rice and soaks up the flavour from the sauces better than rice. Been getting the maid to experiment with Quinoa as well which is really nice.
lamb as mince has the least flavour imo. any beef fat in the beef mince naturally melts and cooks in it, adding flavour and why it's my personal preference.
I've been eating Quinoa for a few months now. I cook it in chicken stock and it's a very good alternative to rice for some dishes.
