I’m not sure there’s room for him , we seem to have gone a different way, our priorities lie elsewhere at the moment , RB and striker are probably most pressing.
Lee Johnson provides injury update on Tomas Kalas as record signing is spotted on crutches after Derby County clash The Robins head coach warns he is not willing to accept excuses https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport...ws/lee-johnson-provides-injury-update-3091078
Ive said it on our board, its a squad game. Players get injured, run in and out of form. You need cover. Its why im not a fan of the fabled 20 goal a season striker. All your eggs in one basket. A bad injury and thats it. I think the last one we had was chopra. He'd score a goal a game for 5 or 6 games then have a barren spell. Better to have players all over chipping in.

Assamboogo will be on too high a wage RR, I’d be surprised if we get him, even if we had money to buy him. Besides with only a year left on his contract we won’t get that much for O’dowda.

I know it’s a squad game , but it really makes no sense to have Fam, Assombalonga, and Nketiah, apart from anything else Arsenal will want Nketiah to play , there’s no point sending him here otherwise, so you think we’re going to have Fam and Assombalonga on the bench as impact players, we’d be spending £15m plus ridiculous wages on an impact player, I don’t think so.
