Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse we find out FCB’s minions have been attempting to bring BFS back. Now there’s obviously a load of speculation about the takeover and I’ve tried to not read too much into it but things like this really have to make you question what is going on. I can’t for the life of me begin to believe BZG would want Sam and wouldn’t appreciate having to pay off a new manager straight away. I don’t know what the final straw will be for most people but it seems like MA is adamant on getting to that point. It’s like he’s choosing the next manager on a basis of how much it would piss people off What a ****er
And he said he hasn't worked for a full season....too ****ing right you havent, you either get sacked half way through or you're brought in at Christmas to do your houdini act and try and stave off relegation. Big Sam would be a better fit for Sunderland, I reckon. He's better as a "crisis" manager, rather than one that looks to take teams towards that next evolutionary step. Big Sam would be lost at the Toon, but he'd fit right in at Sunderland.
I'm struggling to because 12 months from now we'll probably be preparing to compete in the same league. I hate him, I truthfully wish he would die.
I suspect this is Allardyce self-publicity bullshit. Someone probably rang him and told him they were compiling a list of potentially available managers and should his name be on it. He has then blown that up to they wanted me but I said no.
