    I am sure @Libby will now apologise for his previous posts about not understanding why Newcastle fans hate Mike Ashley so much. Our only hope now is that Sheffield Wednesday set the compensation fee so high that Ashley refuses to pay. Can’t help thinking that they should be paying us.

    Think Ashley got fed up with a
    manager like Rafa who was continually nagging him for more investment to try and push on.

    Offering Bruce the job smacks more of planning for relegation this year as he seems far better at getting clubs promoted from the Championship than managing teams in the Premier League.
