It was a senior moment! It’s virtually impossible to predict - especially with transfers still happening. I’m surprised Stoke are so highly rated and Barnsley (the richest club in the English league outside the Prem) rated so low - and QPR too. Strange.
Senior moments, you and me both R&W. Stoke living off its "big club" reputation. I agree that things will become clearer when the transfer window closes.
I think that both Cardiff and us will be strong this coming season as both have largely (so far) retained our squads and the management is stable. Other ‘favoured’ clubs (WBA, Derby to mention 2) are having to regroup. Who knows; there could be a surprise - like Norwich las season - but those are rare tbh.
Banter aside, I understand where Supcon is coming from. I think Huddersfield could crash and burn for example after reaching too far. I don’t think this is the case for you guys though - Warnock has his feet firmly on the ground and like some of you have already eluded to; relegation was expected, so you will be better prepared for this season than Huddersfield (punching above their weight) or Fulham (overspent chasing the dream)
A lot of sense in that R&W. We were basically a championship side playing in the premier league so will be up for the saturday-Tuesday-saturday grind.
It's both Tuesday and Wednesday BT. I think fixtures are determined by TV more each year so that channels like Sky can give us more programmes, and of course attract more advertising revenues, especially from betting and gambling companies. Currently we have live matches every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. When midweek games are played we have Tuesday and Wednesday live matches and if I recall some games were moved last year to Thursday's as well.
