Chop the corned beef into cubes. Chop some potatoes with the skin on into cubes. Par boil them then lob in the oven with a bit of oil til they are crispy. Slice onion and fry slowly til they go brown. Add the onion to the cubes of beef. Chop up cornichons add to the beef onion mix. Add a massive dollop of Dijon mustard. A tablespoon of Worcester sauce to the beef onion mixture. When your potatoes are crispy add those into the mix as well. Then whack in the oven for about 15 ish mins. Serve with a snotty fried egg on the top and brown sauce. Or ketchup if you prefer.

Looked a bit dry tbh mate. Aren’t you supposed to add the pasta to the sauce and not vice versa? Just saying.
