Yeah right load of tosh. Unless of course were are doing a cash plus players deal. Then again bloody Brentford
And can't complain about the player culture at clubs if you then take a players side over the managers. Good players would survive not getting promotion next year - the manager would not. Old red nose had no problem shipping out players who disagreed with him if he felt they were on the wane or didn't fit the team - like getting rid of Keane, ince and when Van Nistelroy was the top scorer because he thought it was all abour his goals and they weren't the better team. Not saying it's on the wane but Bielsa (who of course isn't perfect but still the best we've had in far too long) must think that Jansson is a good player but we'll be a better team without him. (have no idea but presume we knew it was coming and guess we might have replacements lined up - never know with Bielsa)
And that is all I'm saying. He has gambled that we're better off as a team without our best centre back. If he's right he's a genius but IF we start badly then this might come home to roost. And old red nose would settle a score once they were of no use to him.
Found this on Twatter. Have always thought similar thoughts. Surprised this guy never mentioned Pontus going down injured every match, then recovering heroically. Dylan @dylanjacklufc 3h3 hours ago This is from someone who is ITK with the players at the club, he knew about 9/10 transfers before they were even broken by @PhilHay_. Removed his name because I don’t know if he wants people to know #lufc #mot #alaw
If Pontus goes for only £5.5m there is a serious problem which would make it too hard for us to sell him. Accepting a low bid would mean the buyer is aware and accepts the gamble? Or could it be a player plus £5.5m What other reason or excuse is there
