Hull City offering £1.2m for Wilks just beating Barsleys £1.1m so think it will come down to terms and we Know Wilks is loved by McCann at Hull but papers saying Barnsley favourite?
interesting bids and if he had not done well at donny he would have been released maybe.i think this highlights just how much a striker/winger is valued at.
Berra: love him, but time is catching up on him. His days as a FB are numbered, if not over. He's now a better CB than FB. I'd still keep him for another year as cover, unless of course we get an offer to take him off the books. Saiz: no matter the reason for him leaving, the most telling FACT was that not one of the squad tweeted to acknowledge his leaving, far less wish him good luck. Not one. Surely it must be clear to all that he has been shunned by the squad as well as the management team?
What's also telling is the club we loaned him to now don't want him, let alone pay £6 million for him. Do you think he is hell bent on wasting undoubted talent?
Hearing that Dan James arrived at Carrington today in a £100k customised Range Rover. He is on £67k per week for fks sake, gutted when the deal collapsed in January but not missing him now and Costa is an experienced top player James is a benchwarmer
he's a lazy bastard who wont train properly and just wants the money a complete waste of money.another orta really bad buy, this guy has really done some bad deals and held the club back.
What I don’t get is why didn’t we tie down the 6m end of season purchase in stone. Wolves did it with Costa. We reportedly paid his wages while over there. It was a shocking deal when his loan club could just walk away when they chose
Only any good if he agrees to them. Also could be club making an offer, Kalvin refuses because he feels he can get better and then he’ll be seen in a poor light. Hopefully he accepts it and that’ll be one rumour put to bed
Re. KP being offered a new contract .... several players have had such an offer in the past - then have been sold at enhanced prices within a fortnight. Slightly concerned.
Looks like he was such a caustic presence that Leeds were willing to pay his wages for half a season to get him OTF. I assume he won't come back to Leeds now, so maybe Leeds can now unilaterally terminate his contract and then sue him for damages for their transfer fee outlay?
H He will claim a mental health problem and wriggle out of paying compo.snakes wriggle and then turn and bite you.
Im not bothered if he signs or not. If he does not sign then we know he has been tapped up already and will be gone. I honestly do not think he is top drawer and if a bigger offer than clarke comes in then take it.
He has 2 years left, so we don't need to rush, if he wants to stay then, will want the extra money won't he.
