Strictly rumour making with probability ratings out of 10

Plymouth Argyle are set to announce the signing of Harvey Bradbury from Oxford United on a three-year deal, according to sources close to the player (4/10)

Sonny Bradley from Luton Town is interested in moving to Plymouth Argyle, reports the local press (0.1/10)

Hearing Ross McCrorie from #rangers ? No inside info or anything... just a mate who supports rangers is hearing that. Be a decent signing if so? (6/10)

Our retro themed beach towels have arrived just in time for the summer holidays (10/10)

Bradbury 20 yrs old....6ft 3in...forward...played only 1 first team game in the FL for Oxford.....spent most of his time being out on loan at various non-league clubs.

McCrorie mentioned with Zak Rudden both Rangers... as possible loans....one a keeper...one a striker.

Sonny Bradley....I think you've over stated at 0.1/10.....more like minus 10/10.

No comment about the beach towels.

If we signed all of the rumours so far we would have more players than Chelsea. Only interested when they get here now.

I'm not mentioning the towels either.............

Perhaps we should rename Argyle as Big Bury (see what I did there). At least he doesn't have to watch them to know what they are like.

Byron Moore is set to become the latest Bury player to quit the club and join Plymouth Argyle, Football Insider understands.

A number of Football League clubs have expressed an interest in signing Moore this summer, but new Plymouth boss Ryan Lowe has moved quickly to be reunited with his former player.

A Plymouth source has told Football Insider that Moore has serviced notice to terminate his contract at Bury due to the club’s perilous financial position.

Haven't been abroad for ten years now Joe.....passport out of date now....probably won't renew it at my age again......Bournemouth/Poole as we've done for the last 6yrs.....7 miles of golden sand to walk along....all the way to Sandbanks......some of the most expensive real estate in the country at the entrance to Poole Harbour.....I think Harry Redknapp recently sold his pad there......I surprised Joe you haven't invested your wealth with property there.....and then you could invite us all along to share it one week.....Plumbers etc richest people around.....I've got to replace a leaking toilet flushing washer later today......hope I've bought the right one....so many variations these days......can't afford a plumber myself......(must remember to turn the mains off first).

Yes plym its nice there but its for the older people. I doubt i would move that far.

I have been looking at places at Rock end Ave and Isham marine drive Torquay.. Very nice. That is where i want to live eventually ..A plumber wont be much to change a washer you should get change from 120.00 for the hours graft. What is leaking as can tell you if you have the correct part, is the washer between the inlet valve and cold water pipe, if so half inch or 15mm fibre washer, pack 5 is about 1.00 or a washer on the siphon? I will give you free advice .. If you taking the pipe off the inlet supply and its a nylon thread be careful not to cross thread putting it back together as this happens a lot when people attempt this and then have to get us out ... we like those jobs <applause>

It's the washer behind the adjustable screw to set the depth of water level for the ballcock.....shaped like a bellows.....I couldn't stop the overflow pipe dripping however much I adjusted the level of water just wasn't stopping the flow of water......just what you need the day before you go away for awhile.

Washer cost 50p....not £120 for five minutes work.....I definitely made a mistake when I started work being an Instrument Technician and not a Plumber.

Rumour mill says Argyle are in advanced talks with Wolves' 20 yo striker Niall Ennis. He suffered 2 leg breaks and a knee injury after signing as a professional which has limited his appearances but he has played for England at Under 16,17,18 and 19 levels.

It's also said we've signed Callum McFazdean, a 25yo defender/midfielder who started his career with Sheffields United, for whom he played 23 times before slipping out to non-league football after various loans. His EFL career was resurrected by.... you've got it, Bury, for whom he played 39 times in 18 months to the end of last season. There's nothing on the club website.

Just to keep you up to speed Joe on my plumbing activities......didn't bother about washer in the end....bought the whole unit....which was a.....Delchem Bottom Entry Adjustable Arm Filling Valve.....some parts I didn't need....I used the existing float and arm and also didn't need the link up pipe to the water supply....cost £6.75.....some poor plumber going hungary because I did it myself.....heartless type aren't I.

Checked out the replaced parts....and I don't think there was anything physically wrong with them.....other than limescale had got on to the 'rubber/ neoprene' parts...a ring seal and a diaphragm type seal which interfered with the water sealing....hence the dripping and eventual over flow down the pipe through the outside wall......very hard water in this part of the world......chipped a lot of limescale off the old float....must of made it heavier to float.

Well done plym , you should get out there and try and ear a few pounds? Yes some poor plumber will be short this week if you all keep doing it your selves. Its a tough job to earn a wage as you know. 6.75 was a good price and glad you managed to sort it you would been better changing the lot tho..
