It all sounds so pretty and so easy to grasp, but will Pardew go for this? No, is my straight answer.

If we want to get something on Saturday, Pardew really has to make some changes. Maybe bring in Gosling, Santon, Marveaux, Fergueson etc...

    Team I'd like to see:

    Krul
    Simpson Taylor Colo Santon
    Tiote Cabaye
    Marveaux Gosling Jonas
    Best

    or

    Krul
    Simpson Taylor Colo Santon
    Tiote Cabaye
    Marveaux Jonas Ferguson
    Best

pardew admitted his mistake after the game surely he cant do it two games running! but having said that he'll probably think a 4411 with ameobi up top will be best suited and if thts the case we're monumentally ****ed i hope raylor (legend i know) gets replaced by santon who has pace and can acctually play at lb and ba gets a chance up top with marveaux in behind him...but pardew being the tactical nonce which he is will no doubt insist on starting ameobi

I would go for Santon RB and Fergie LB. Simpson is caught out of posistion too many times and Raylor is inconsistent and offers very little to the team. Saying that he has scored vital goals but time for a change me thinks.

Given this Ramadan fella has proved to be more than capable of subduing our better players during his months loan to Arsenal, Sunderland, Fulham and QPR, the fact that he now won't feature for the rest of the season has convinced me that we'll now see some of our lads hit top form.

I therefore am going to have a flutter on 1-3 to the TOON this Saturday.

I was just about to say this. We will play 4-2-3-1. Pardew said that he made a mistake playing two up front against QPR, so I highly doubt he will play two up front against much better opposition.

Must admit since that day I've wished nothing good for Villa. Silly really because not all their fans behaved like a bunch of bell ends that day. I just can't help it and hope relegation with their rivals manager in charge becomes them soon!

And what about the stewards, where were they when it was being put up? It was only there to wind us up and cause agro, I thought the stewards were supposed to try and prevent that kind of thing,

Cant stand Villa!!! Good Luck I hope you beat them, they deserve it.

Yeah...but then I'm also remembering the 6-0 thrashing we gave them last season, as a promoted side! <cool>

I believe in this little notion of: If people are over confident, we will lose. And if people are pessimistic, we will win.

Saying that, I still think we're going to get dominated. But not lose by a huge amount of goals. 2-0 to Aston Villa for me.
