I'm pretty knowledgeable on a lot of large electrical items, not much in a washing machine, drum (bearings), control panel, motor/pump, that's it, so when you said stuck on 60 degrees, it couldn't be anything else other than the panel. Just don't know much about small items such as mobile phones, although I have changed the batteries in old IPhones in the past, can be a bit fiddly but saves you loads of cash if you buy the kit to do it yourself. I'm just too lazy though to want to fix stuff these days, used to when i was younger such as cars and stuff, but once they went to computerised like washers going from mechanical, just done my nut in because you need the garage kit for the readings.
I changed the screen on my iPhone recently. Cost me £11 off eBay. You and me should start up a not606 repair and re-use clinic mate. We could be the new steptoe & Son.

The machine is brand new mate, it’s under guarantee. You should know this being a washing machine Sensei.
I knew it was under guarantee....but it was fun watching you being a thick spanner. Why don't you let your good woman sort this sort of stuff out, I'm sure she'll do a better job of it.
