When i was about 15 I had a hustle down Leicester Square for a few months, used to rub asprins rough and wrap them into"pencils" (one on top of the other in cling flim, easier to count and bite off that way) used to sell those to the drunk ****ers coming out of equinox at 4 am. Also used to do the same with white candle wax and sell that as stones. That was until I tried to sell some wax to a copper. Made **** loads doing that. Kids eh

How will it work (legal eagles) if when they start my investigation, i hit them with 'you don't mind if i record this investigation'?
Explain mate, was it a informal or formal meeting you had? I'm guessing if an investigation, formal, but if you have asked if you can record the investigation and they have agreed, that is perfectly fine
It was informal last week, then when the little fat pie eating **** told me he's opening a formal investigation he ****ed me off. They tried to have it today, but i got drew out of the lucky dip for a holiday, so took it, left the **** sat upstairs. I maybe jobless tomorrow, not cos i'm guilty, i'm far from it, i done **** all. But the whole thing is a farce, and if i get to pissed off, something usually happens. The stupids ****s. The place is full of soft workshy ****s, and they are pulling me. I don't get it. ****ed off ain't the half of it.
You can take someone in with you mate, are you in a union? Just tell the truth and stay relaxed bro. Do they have CCTV in that place, call on that for evidence.
They’ll refuse mate, you have no legal right to insist it’s recorded. If you’ve been invited to a disciplinary then they should write to you confirming this and you can take in a Union rep or a colleague. If they’re just investigating then just go and defend yourself with simple facts, don’t blow your stack and call them all ****s would be my advice like.
I'm bypassing the union as they are ****e. I'm taking in the senior trainer of the whole depot, the one who trains every person and knows the workings of trucks probably even better than me. with these new trucks, if they hit anything, are you spin them to fast they go into a shock mode, and can't move and you need a mastercard to restart them. this fella has been on the computers and already told them that at no point during my shift was that truck in shock. well it wouldn't be, cos **** all happened. and yes there is cctv,
Right mate, that sounds like a good plan with that guy going in with you. But you must stay cool and just answer the questions. Maybe ask during the investigation if the CCTV could be reviewed to aid in proving your innocence, I think there may be a legal requirement to keep recordings for a set period of time, but don't quote me on that.
What if he has a breakdown and starts saying things like 'i was up all night arguing with Sucky, this is too much for me' whilst wiping the snot and tears onto his sleeves
