We should have beaten you. We were completely dominant in midfield and created a countless amount of chances.

    Nice match report but,

New players or no new players we’ve only been in this league for a month and Pardew should be embarrassed to be clinging on for a point at Loftus Road as the Newcastle United manager

It is safe to say we are rivals (league position sense) so a point from your place is a good point as far as I am concerned. Or it could be that I was incredibly relieved to have got the point lol

I'd have taken a point before kick off. It was always going to be difficult with all the new QPR players and there are no easy games away from home (except from at the Stadium of ****e).

totally agree you've only got 4 prem class players the rest our CCC standard and your defence <doh> we should be ashamed maybe next time we'll get of the coach and actually play.it's the fans who made the effort to go down to that there london i feel sorry for.one thing don't delude yourself you'll easily stay up either you won't be that lucky every week to meet a team like us who didn't bother turning up.

Newcastle came for a point got a point and ran away like a thief in the night, but for better finishing Qpr would have had a first home win, must say if Newcastle had a side as good as there support they would take a lot of beating.

I remember saying to the bloke beside me that Pardew sounded a bit arrogant before the game. I honestly think he got complacent which at this level is a very careless way to get.

Think that Monday highlighted the difference between the Championship and the PL. Last season if you'd played as well as you did on Monday you'd have beaten ANY team in the Championship 4 or 5 nil. But if you don't make the most of your possesion and chances in the PL against a side that never showed up then you walk away with a point, or other teams will have the ultimate sucker punch and knock in a winner at the death.

I was impressed with QPR, and I'll be honest and say that you were much much better than I expected. I thought SWP would take time to get up and running due to lack of first team football but he took to it straight away. Never seen Faurlin before and he looked class. Shame we couldn't test what looks like a weak CB partnership though. Traore looked pretty solid at LB, how long is he out for?
