Is the FA the most ridculous ever, according to FA law you are guilty until proven innocent, Thank christ this isn't the case in criminal law. No wonder WBA didn't want the hassle, the case was already pre-judged due to the media, plus Mark Halsey alledgedly coming out and apologising made any appeal totally worthless. If this would have been a criminal case, it would have been thrown straight out of court and the alledged off scot free for not being able to have a fair hearing. Where is the justice in that? guilty or not guilty the very least a player should expect is a fair hearing.
