The original date ( a day earlier ), is Bank Holiday Monday ( Easter ) - and would have given some fans a reasonable chance of attending the game - without impacting on a 'workday' ( or two ). Now the long trip north will bugger up two working days - by the time you get back home. Do the FA have any brains? it appears that they have no consideration for the difficulties of football fans - the cost going to Bolton is enough without losing two days pay ( or using up two 'holiday' days ) ----- sickie anyone ?
I think there is a good chance that television has something to do with this, with us topping the league and Bolton in 2nd place this will be the championship decider and make excellent TV.
