If you look at all angles then it has to more than that … from a premiership club … under 24 … England squads … a defender from div 1 moves for £2m …. we get shot of LK for £15m and replace him with a player with more game time and maybe equally as good? I think more than £2m see what loa has to say his statement intimates he knows something along the lines of "insider info"

 

It was a pre agreed fee of £2 million plus what the loan deal was, rumoured to be up to £1 million.

so one must assume he is on circa 18-20k a week? …. so his real cost including agents fee's and the suchlike at the end of 4 years will have cost us about £8m so a good selling on fee after say 2 years we would likely recoup £10m …[ we buy em improve them move em on! ]

 

seems like Villa are pushing up the price for Adam … one has to wonder what would be the tipping point if an offer greater than say £20m came along?
Indeed should the player not want move? say an acceptable offer came in and he was happy to stay here?
still it seems have a few irons in the fire .. first day back and mostly "the same old faces" and no real movement on players going out on permanent deals?

Yes I think it’s a great deal.
Sadly the resident stat still wants to prove a point because he says 5m but despite everyone else saying it’s a better deal he’s now adding up his wages.

I made a statement that what he will cost the club come the end of the 4 year contract .. which is what the clubs finances will have been drained by I really do wish you could understand things more .. must be something about the air on your side of the Severn …. and as you have said in the past about peeps opening "the same posts" why open another transfer rumour when it already has a thread or the transfer rumour is not a rumour because they have actually signed!

 

If true I’d imagine it’s more likely Webster will stay too, as it shows our intent, and I imagine Kalas would have wanted reassurances before signing .
