Just remember, before Alf Ramsay the men's team played pretty much the same way and Hungary was the team to beat. And now we have the Premier League #PhilNevilleknows (taps nose and winks to camera)
Var in full effect again yesterday. made a correct overturn of England's goal as player was not offside...then overturned a nice passage of play by Cameroon that resulted with the ball in the back of the net because the player was 2 inches off side. But but but var got it right screamed the BBC after match commentators but if your going to micro-manage a game like that then the game will die. Clear and Obvious? No way
@Libby I quoted your post, I have no idea where the last part of your post came from as it's not in the op I can see
Your going to hate yourself mate, when your stood in the crowd and have absolutely no idea what's happening on the pitch...
If anybody has watched tonights game and still thinks it's ****e with no quality, they're either a male pig or don't really know football like they think they do. It's been very good.
I didn't watch it but i have seen some matches. Glad they are getting the coverage and Englands game got 7m viewers which is good for them. Not for me though My colleague at work was banging on about what a sweet goal lucy bronze scored. Saw it on the news and whilst it was clever play and she banged it. Sweet, that shot probably wouldn't be going in in the men's game
