He (like all mega rich ****ty people) used his wealth to destroy people's careers and in some cases their mental health. You do not need to be a gangster to be an absolute ****. He did not just cheat... he actually wrecked other riders careers (cos they refused to cheat like he did, or because they threatened to expose him) and journalists careers who asked him questions about he did not like. At least one journalist was legally harrassed to a near nervous break down and financial ruin because he had so much money he could sue them and any msgazine they wotked for. When he was finally proved to be a cheat and a **** he admitted all these things and "apologised" on a tv programme.(might have been Oprah).
